Refund Policy

At Quinceañera Supply LLC, rental payments are generally non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.

Security deposits are refundable and will be returned within 2 business days after the dress is returned in its original condition.

Refunds may be denied if:

• The dress is returned late

• The item has damage, stains, or alterations

• The item is not returned

If a cancellation is requested, refunds will depend on timing and availability.
