How much is the reservation deposit?
A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to hold your dress and event date. The deposit is applied to the rental.

Is the reservation deposit refundable?
No. Reservation deposits are non-refundable because the dress is removed from availability for your event date.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable $300 security deposit is required for all rentals the are returned without any damage.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining rental balance must be paid before dress pickup.

When will my security deposit be returned?
After the dress is returned and inspected for damage.

Can I try on dresses before reserving?
Yes. We encourage all customers to schedule a private dress viewing appointment.

How far in advance should I reserve my dress?
The earlier the better. Popular dresses and dates can become unavailable.

What sizes are available?
Many dresses feature adjustable corset backs that accommodate multiple sizes. Schedule a fitting for the best fit.

Can the dresses be altered?
Please contact us before making any alterations to a rental dress.

What happens if the dress is damaged?
Damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions from the security deposit.

What happens if I return the dress late?
Late return fees may apply. 

How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made securely through our payment links or QR codes.
