How Our Dress Rental Process Works

 

Step 1: Schedule a Dress Viewing

Browse our collection online and text Marisol at 407-585-9949 to schedule a private dress viewing appointment. You can also send messages via Instagram and Facebook.

 

Step 2: Find Your Perfect Dress

Try on dresses in person and choose the gown that's perfect for your special day.

 

Step 3: Reserve Your Dress

A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your dress and secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your rental fee.

 

Step 4: Complete Your Rental Agreement

Before pickup, all customers must sign a rental agreement outlining rental terms and dress care requirements.

 

Step 5: Pay Remaining Balance & Security Deposit

Prior to receiving your dress, the following payments are due:

  • Remaining rental balance
  • $300 refundable security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded after the dress is returned and inspected.

 

Step 6: Enjoy Your Special Day

Celebrate your quinceañera in your beautiful gown and create unforgettable memories.

 

Step 7: Return the Dress

Return the dress on the agreed return date. Once the dress is inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, your $300 security deposit will be refunded.
